Orders are shipped to the address that the customer provided at checkout. The delivery address cannot be changed after an order has been delivered to shipping. If you provided a wrong delivery address, please read the options below to figure out how to make things right.

If you are looking to exchange your Pedal Commander Unit for whatever reason, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order that was purchased directly from an authorized reseller or the Pedal Commander website. You can return your product for an exchange with a different Pedal Commander Unit at no charge, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

We allow the exchange of a purchased Pedal Commander Unit within the first 30 days of purchase. Please contact customerservice@pedalcommander.co.uk to receive exchange instructions. Once the exchange request has been submitted and approved, you will receive an email with additional instructions.

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Once you have submitted your return request, you will be informed if the request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the return request will be processed within 5-7 business days after the submitted form.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our receiving department, you will receive a notification via email stating that your refund has been issued. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of checkout.

Due to the shipping label being purchased from the shipping facilities and the package being delivered to the customer, the original shipping will not be refunded.
